GENERAL NOTES TO ALL STUDENTS FOR THE ONLINE REGISTRATION PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE INFORMATION YOU SUPPLY ON THE PORTAL IS CORRECT OTHERWISE YOUR STUDENTSHIP STANDS FORFEITED!
  1. All students are required to go to their Department/Faculty office to pick up their Username/password which will be used to Login to the portal
  2. Log into the portal (portal.rufusgiwapoly.com) with your username and password (as obtained from the department/Faculty)
  3. Click on the “Edit Profile” menu on the left-hand side of the screen and update your personal data (e.g. state of origin, local government area, phone, address etc..) and the click on the "SAVE" button along the top gray bar. After, scroll down and click on the "PRINT"
  4. With the hard copy of your student personal data form and original state of origin credentials, proceed to your department to be screened.
  5. Once you have been cleared okay, you should proceed to the School Portal Administrator who will confirm your status on the portal.
  6. Re-Login to the portal and click on the “FEES” menu. Verify that the Fee Schedule that you see is appropriate (click HERE to see the Fee Schedules for the various programs of study). If your fees schedule is wrong, please see the school portal administrator for assistance in correcting it before going ahead with the NEXT STEP
  7. Click on the “PRINT INVOICE” button to generate your school fees invoice
  8. Go to Only SKYE BANK to pay your school fees. While for those that want to pay for Acceptance Fees, Admission Letter Fees and/or Accommodation Fees, proceed to only FIRST BANK to make payment.
  9. After paying at any of the banks, you will be given an Etranzact Pin Voucher (which will contain your Confirmation number and Receipt Number) that will be used to register your payment on the portal
  10. Go back to the portal at portal.rufusgiwapoly.com and login with your username and password
  11. After Logging in, look at the left side panel and click on the “FEES” menu
  12. Very Importantly note that you are required to first pay for the school fees with the Etranzact pin obtained from Skye Bank
  13. On the Fees Page, scroll down and click on the “PAY FEES” button.
  14. By default, Etranzact payment option is selected, click on the “CONTINUE“ button.
  15. Enter your Confirmation Number and Receipt Number and click on the “SUBMIT” button
  16. Afterwards, you will be notified if your transaction was successful or not
  17. Return to the Fees page by clicking on the “FEES” menu on the left side panel
  18. Scroll down and click on the “PRINT RECEIPT“ button to generate your school fees receipt
